Music is initiated from an early age, Pre-Preparatory Grade N and presented in a variety of formats through to the end of, Preparatory, Grade 7. Class music is an integral part of the School curriculum and our Grade 3 instrumental programme sees students exploring the full range of instruments on offer. They receive group tuition on violin, cello, clarinet and brass instruments. This programme ensures that virtually every boy in the school has had contact with at least four different instruments. Class music also provides skills in the areas of rhythm, aural, tone and melody.
